Title	Letter to Mrs Lees from Gwenllian E. F. Morgan, Mayor of Brecon
Description	This is the last letter Miss Morgan wrote as Mayor of Brecon. She wrote to Mrs Lees to congratulate her on her time in office. It also comments on the developments with regard to Mr Asquith's announcement to introduce an adult suffrage bill which excludes women. Also includes a memo which gives a potted biography of Miss Morgan and includes a list of items she helped to get restored etc.
