<dc:title>Letter to the School Governor from A. F. Rountree Accountant, of W. Wrigley & Sons, explaining that the advice of Slater and Heelis regarding the potential pitfall in letting the Lodge was as expected and would not be covered by the agreement over a 6d stamp. Therefore, they had drawn up the enclosed agreement and had the new tenants sign it in their presence. The enclosed agreement is in the form of a letter to Mr Richards from Albert and Betty Platt of 14 Edward Street, Oldham, thanking him for the opportunity to rent the Lodge at a reasonable rate and confirming that they understand that this arrangement is only until the property is required by a member of staff, at which point they will vacate the Lodge.</dc:title>
