Oldham Committee for the Care of Women and Children Marjory was Vice-President of this Committee, and the Mayor was the President. The Committee worked to collect funds for the establishment of workrooms under the Queen Mary's Work for Women Scheme, a clothing depot for mothers and children and to supply milk to babies as needed. 1914
