Title	Report from William Lees, Chaplain, to the Trustees of the Oldham Blue Coat School, sent via Messrs Slater and Heelis, Solicitors, expressing satisfaction with the progress of the boys in general, but especially in the art of reading, mentioning that several of the school's former pupils had recently offered themselves as candidates for confirmation in the parish and, on a negative note, informing the trustees of the recent suicide by drowning of one of the boys at the school
