DescriptionThe scrapbook was part of the material recently transferred from Crompton Library. It contains pasted-in cuttings of Sam Fitton's cartoons and verse from The Cotton Factory Times. Within the scrapbook is one loose cartoon, of later date. There is also an advertising leaflet for a Shaw knife-sharpener, Billy Cockayne. The surname is that of Sam Fitton's first wife, Jane.
