| Description | The files described in this section were transferred from Mr Bruen the Oldham CDP Director 1974-1978, in their original filing system (hanging files). The box containing these files was titled 'Final CDP Report'. The filing system has been preserved in the cataloguing of this section with CDP/1/1 being the first file in the filing system, CDP/1/2 the second file in the filing system etc. There has been no rearrangement of the files, often the files are unnamed and sometimes seem unorganised. The physical folders have been removed for preservation reasons and the titles they bore recorded in the catalogue. Having preserved the filing system there is a brief overview of each files contents listed in the description section for each entry. Duplicates have been appraised. |
