Kershaw, Director of Education, Oldham, informing him that his letter of 23 Jun has been received by the Elementary Education Sub-Committee; suggested draft letter from the Chairman of [Henshaw's Trustees] to the Director of Education, Oldham, supporting Mr Rountree's request that the cost of the playground be included in the Education Committee grant.
